We are an artisan wholesale bakery specialising in sourdough, yeast breads, and viennoserie. Our clients include 5⭐️ hotels and other outlets mainly in the Greater London area. We serve four of the very best hotels in the UK.

We are fully SALSA accredited.

Our USP is we develop custom product sets with our clients in effect becoming their bakery partner, their own bakery but without the hassle.

When we develop a custom product we do so using an iterative process of sample-test-adjust until we get the client's perfect product. Development is of course dependant on volume and frequency.
